All jumbled together. Sort of like life, actually. Life does not stop just because you have other things to do. Darn it all to heck and gone. I have 100 good pages in Twisted Key, now. I just got the first 67 pages back from my editor (who is worth her weight in gold, and thankfully she is rather svelte). I finished those up today, along with a good bit of rewriting, and sent her the remainder of the first hundred.
And I got confirmation on the date for the final (I hope) round of eye surgery. I’ll be in Gainesville on the 27th of this month so the good doctor (very good doctor) can poke me in the left eye with a sharp stick and prod around in there to his hearts content. That is going to slow down production (sic) to a crawl for the first week or ten days following the surgery, so I want to get as much writing done as I can before that.
I have a book signing tomorrow, at Well Loved Books in Knight Boxx Plaza on Blanding Blvd in Orange Park. If you’re in the area, stop by between 2 and 5 pm. I’d be glad to see you.
